1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
3. Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If eligible, a refund will be processed in the form of cash reimbursement at your doorstep or bank transfer, based on your location and preference. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items not caused during shipment
- Items returned after 3 days
- Accessories and minor components not central to product function
6. Exchange Policy
